| Geographical Association | The Geographical Association (GA) is responsible
for the publication of Primary Geographer (aimed at teachers of KS1 and
2 geography), Teaching Geography (aimed at geography teachers at KS3 and
4 and post 16), Geography (senior journal of the GA, aimed at lecturers,
teachers, students and other geographers) and the GA News (publishes the
associations news, information for geographers and details of events and
activities).

| National Subject Centre for Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences | One of the 24 National Subject Centres set up
by the Learning and Teaching Support Network. The centre's aim is to promote
and support high quality learning and teaching across the disciplines of
Geography, Earth Science and Environmental Science. |
| Royal Geographical Society with the Institute of British Geographers (RGS-IBG) | The Royal Geographical Society was founded in 1830 for the
advancement of geographical science. Representing geography and geographers,
the RGS-IBG operates regionally, nationally and internationally, supporting
research, education and training. It's main focus surrounds the society
and environment. |
| Royal Scottish Geographical Society | The Royal Scottish Geographical Society is an independent
body in Scotland. By means of geographical research, education, debate,
travel and exploration, the RSGS aims to promote the understanding of the
inter-relationships between people, places and the environment. |
