What's UNISON doing..

To coincide with National Mental Health Awareness Week (May 13th -19th) UNISON Gloucestershire LG branch is running a survey to highlight the link between work and mental health and gauge the experience of staff.

We want to know if those who have experienced mental health issues feel they have had support and understanding at work and to what extent members feel that factors at work have had an impact on their emotional wellbeing.

The results will help the branch identify what steps it, and employers, need to take to better support and advise those who are experiencing mental health issues that impact on, or are impacted by, their work
